Speaking at Whitehead’s spectacular Black Pearl Gala 30th Anniversary event held at the Celtic Manor Resort, Newport, Mr Cummings outlined a few of the key Company objectives to five hundred of their stakeholders including customers, business partners and suppliers.

Mr Cummings said, “We have had an amazing 30 years of business growth and we can hand on heart say that we have succeeded through being professional, customer focused, quality driven and a pleasure to work with, all qualities that have kept our customers coming back for more. Our business growth strategy dictates that we haven’t succeeded unless our customer’s customers are delighted.

This has served us very well, enabling us to secure a remarkable base of loyal customers. It’s heartening to look back, but taking our Company values into the current and future development of the business is what we are all about.
