Whitehead provides its staff with the development necessary for them to perform their duties effectively and contribute to the organisation and our customers. We are committed to staff training and development through a range of programmes and integrate our industry-renowned policy and procedures into all training and development.

Our staff keep their own performance under review and identify areas in which additional training is helpful; this training or development is then applied to their everyday working practises in order to enhance company performance.

Whitehead also offers a highly regarded apprenticeship scheme which it runs in partnership with JTL Training and BEST. At the end of the apprenticeship period, the apprentice will have gained a nationally recognised qualification, built up knowledge and skills on the job, and also received status as a skilled electrician.
