We have an extensive presence in the care sector and provide mechanical and electrical planned and reactive maintenance support to Edwards Court Extra Care housing scheme in Exeter. The new development consists of 53 apartments, with each apartment having their own bedrooms, lounge, fully equipped kitchens and a shower room. Residents are also able to access a site restaurant, treatment rooms, lounges and site hairdressers.

Our contract at Edwards Court demonstrates the benefits we can provide in offering a coordinated approach to service delivery, with a long-term maintenance contract in place with Exter City Council following our original completion of the mechanical and electrical installation at the site.  With a strong focus on asset management we have been able to provide a seamless support service, using our in depth knowledge of the assets to provide a one stop shop maintenance solution.
