Building a valuable learning resource for Wales

Building a new secondary school is hard enough. But to do so on an existing school site that had to remain operational 24/7 was a huge logistical challenge. However, we played our part to make sure this inspiring learning campus in Pembrokeshire sprung to life safely and efficiently.

An essential part of this 122-acre project was the creation of a dedicated SEN / autism unit. We were involved in installing the specialised MEP services for a sensory space and therapy rooms, as well as a suite of interview/conference rooms.

Not only was this challenging project delivered before the programmed completion date, but it also came out under budget. Top marks in budgeting for everyone involved.
