As part of our contract, we provide preventative and reactive maintenance to a diverse portfolio of properties, including care homes, depots and offices. Communication is key on the contract with our contract management team and our helpdesk developing strong communication channels with a range of different stakeholders.
Arranging visits in advance at the homes we support is critical to ensuring access. To achieve this our helpdesk arranges visits with individual residents. This is a key feature to ensure any vulnerable residents are aware of any planned visits in advance.
